Competency based Interviewing

his two-day program is designed for Line Managers and HR Staff who wish to implement a competency based interview process. It is useful to have a competency model already in place but not essential. It is proven that a more structured recruitment process ensures a better indicator of job success. Structured interviews and scoring candidates against pre-defined competencies ensures all aspects of the role are explored and candidates are required to give evidence of where they have demonstrated the required skill.
