Therefore offering the opportunity to change the business culture and build in core values of consistency, trust, honesty and empowerment. Why are these qualities essential? ine Fox, Managing Director of Fox Leadership has over 20 years’ experience working in the field of HR, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Occupational Psychology and more recently qualified as a Psychotherapist. She personally has undergone a personal development journey over the last 6 years and is passionate about sharing her learnings and helping others to connect to their full potential by taking charge of their focus and actions.
